To interpret technical drawing and performing welding or machining process and requirement to produce the work piece.
To perform welding machine cutting operating include all undertaking on measuring.
To operate, set up parts, current welding operating and cutting as per drawing specification.
To bending operating and welding/cutting process.
To guiding and providing operator with basic instruction in performing the Welding/Cutting /Deburring process.
To troubleshoot on dimensions non-conformance, and provide corrective actions and remedy.
Quality
To maintain good Cutting/Welding Machine house-keeping -6S and ensure all Laser Cut practices are in accordance to A & One Precision best practices and other practices which the Company may introduce from time to time.
To maintain good workplace health and safety rules and regulations compliances at all time in Production/workplace.
Administration
Ensure safe custody of bending/Cutting/Welding management administration documentation recording and updating.
To co-ordinate and human relation working attitude with all production fellow team and others department pro-actively and team-work at all time for Laser inspection targets and timely update/delivery.
Ad-hoc Duties
Any Welding OR Cutting OR Machining duties or ad-hoc duties from time to time assigned by superior.
Qualifications
Min. Secondary/ITE-NTEC/Diploma in PE/ME/Mfg/Mechatronics or its related discipline.
Welding GRAW, GMAW, TIG, FCAW certifications
3-5 years of relevant experience in related field.
Able to interpret technical drawings, and having machining knowledge.
Possess good analytical, verbal or written and interpersonal skills
